Ive been using this router for 2 years and now its stopped accepting vodafone sims which work fine in a vodafone router.  I´ve tried two sims in and all the display lights come on initially but once its powered up only the on/off and the actual wifi LED light appears, no bars or the .  Could the router be faulty?

 

PS i have no idea what the firmware version is, where do I find this?

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you tried factory resetting the mobile router once by holding the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on, then off?

 

It is also suggested to refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

No internet service on LTE Gateway Router

Hi yes I tried this.  I am trying to access the the router without internet to see if there is more info there.  I need to order a USB to ethernet.   I wonder if vodafone have changed the coding so their sims only work on a vodafone router now.
