All devices appear offline
All devices appear offline
My Tapo app shows suddenly all my devices offline, but not sure that's true as I see indicators lights working and my light bulbs are on. Seems like an app issue. Any ideas how to resolve?

sure I can try and do this work for you (which additional time lost for me and my job). The problem is, even if there's an issue with my router of wifi, it didn't affect any of my other devices. I have three laptops, twp mobile phones, a dozen Philips Hue lamps, An EightSleet and many other smart connected devices. None of them was impacted and they still operate just fine. I will try this when I can, but this is clearly a Tapo issue.

Hi,
It's hard to say the Tapo devices have an issue now, as some special settings on the router may block only specific devices from the internet. We appreciate your cooperation, and you can complete the test at your leisure. Please feel free to reply if there are any updates.

I checked all my router setting and they are clear, no restriction. I could not follow the new setup process because as I told you Tapo is asking me to first enable loal network permission which as I said is not available on my iPhone. I am stuck and I have no cameras no light bulbs at home.

Hi,
I have escalated your case to our tech team, and they will contact you via email to further assist you. Please wait patiently.
On the other hand, you can try to reboot your router and your phone, then check if this helps. If not, please reply to the tech team with your router's model number via email.
Best Regards
