Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 240318 Rel.161138

No maps are visible in the tapo app. Earlier maps that were backed up are also not there. Moreover there is no option to retrieve maps neither create new maps. Only thing thats visible in the map is mop icon with a text loading as below

The app hasn't loaded completely. Please check the network condition on your phone.

  • Turn off VPN if any.
  • Try to switch to a different network.
  • Make sure the app is up-to-date.
  • Try to delete and reinstall the app. 
  • Use another phone and tablet, see if the same thing occurs.

Have you tried another phone? What's your Tapo app version?

 

Do you have other Tapo devices? Any problem with them in the app?
