After i installed camera and inserted SDcard (64Gb) recording works for almost 15 days, but after that video recording stopped even i can see almost 50% space is left. I have also enabled loop recording on. I tried formatting SDcard but that too not working. It gets failed everytime.

You can remove the SD card from the camera, connect it to your PC via an SD card adapter, and then back up the important video recordings. Then, refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to format the SD card using the Tapo app.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
