good day,

 

 

I face a problem on a daily basis: devices connected to the router are temporarily cut off from the Internet as if they enter the sleep mode  and this is annoying every time I leave my device for some time and open it Nothing works for a few seconds until the Internet reaches again.

the device does not disconnect from the Wi-Fi it connected but without the Internet I thought that this problem is only in my device but I asked my family and it turned out that they face the same problem I have 7 deco... I used Huawei router as a main device and I compass with units of Deco... I did not face this problem only when I used  BE65 5G main router .. 

 

some times when i face this issue i check my PC at the same time it work normally , my pc connected by ethernet not wifi.

 

this happened only with devices that connected by wifi.

May I know your SIM carrier?When you lose internet do the led's on the deco go red? Is your Huawei router in bridge mode? Have you tried using the "Network Optimization" tool in the deco app? You can find by clicking on More in the deco app.

my sim carrier is zain

 

 

 

no friend the led is green and my family use Internet in the same time my router dose not lose connection 

 

 

 

its like when any device not in use for some time the router cut the Internet to save power maybe. and the other devices still online.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

When you found the device was still connected to WiFi but no internet, do you need to turn off/on the WLAN on the device to restore the internet connection?

 

By the way, did you use any beta firmware version on the Deco BE65-5G since I haven't found the firmware version of "Build 20250814 Rel. 10727 1.0.0"?
