1. How do you judge that the camera is turning off while talking? Is the LED on the camera turned off, and does the camera display offline in the Tapo app? Can the camera be restored to work? If so, how?
2. Does the reported behavior occur when you use the Talk feature on the camera's Live View page to talk with someone in front of the camera via the Tapo app?
3. Please check if the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord that comes with it in the package. If not, try powering it with the original power adapter and cord, and check if the camera works properly.
