Same with what happen to this https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/634938

I cannot cancel mine too. Instruction that you can cancel thru web but when click it will tell you to go to Google Play.

It's not on my Google Play Subscription too

And when you try to downgrade it wont give you an option, all of the buttons are disabled except to higher tier of subscription

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!

I'm an IT so I could really tell if the user interface hinders you from certain action that supposedly working!!!

1. Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to cancel your Tapo Care subscription. The instructions advise you to go to Google Play to cancel the Tapo Care service, as you paid for it through Google Pay. If you can't find the Tapo Care subscription on Google Play Subscription, it may be that you paid for it through a different Google account.

2. To downgrade the Tapo Care subscription plan, you will need to cancel the existing subscription and subscribe to the new plan.

 

3. If the above instructions do not help, it's recommended to contact tapocare@tp-link.com for further assistance with subscription concerns.
