This Article Applied to:

Archer AX58(EU)_V1_1.5.2 Build 20250812

Phenomenon:

Some Archer AX58 users have recently reported that updating their Archer AX58(EU)_V1 to 1.5.2 causes their EasyMesh network to become unstable after 8-10 hours of operation. This requires powering off the Archer AX58 and restarting the router to restore the connection.
It was initially reported by DenisG in this thread.

Available Solution:

We want you to know that we understand the inconvenience this change may cause. However, our development team quickly identified the cause and provided a beta firmware. This beta firmware has been verified to address this exception. We recommend downloading and testing it:

Re:EasyMesh Network Becomes Unstable on Archer AX58 After Updating Firmware to 1.5.2-Solution

I have an Archer AX58 as a gateway with a remote powerline adapter TL-WPA8631P (only "receiver") that is connected through EasyMesh via Ethernet cable and serves as a local switch and an access point. After upgrading the firmware on my AX58 to 1.5.2 it started randomly losing ISP connection (with corresponding green LED turning off) and returning error 500 for admin console. Approximately after +/- 8 hours of operation. Now I found this beta build and applied it. Almost 3 days without issues, thank you!

I have a ax53 as master and two ax58 v1 as satellite, both ax58 are wired connected and have been update to this beta patch because with the firmware 1.4.3 build 20250314 they both having issue that lost the mesh for no reason, now with this update one of my ax58 work perfectly and the other one froze randomly and i have to reboot him manually.

Hello @Martelus ,

Welcome to our community.

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—AX53—AX58)))((( client devices

                          └───AX58

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Is there a switch between the main router and the satellite router? If yes, please remove the switch and connect the satellite router(the frozen one) to main router for comparison.

Please swap the positions of the two AX58s to eliminate the influence of specific positions.

Hello @Martelus ,

Have you swapped the two ax58? What is the result?
