Hello everyone,

Today, I attempted to achieve the following. See diagram.

Network-Diagramm

In doing so, I encountered the following problems:

[Bug - select language via browser]
I upgraded to the latest firmware 241231 available in my country.
After that, I could only change the language using the tab key in the browser,
tested with Firefox and Chrome. The button to confirm is not visible, scrolling is not possible.

From now on, we will only be discussing the TP client, as shown in the diagram.
The internet connection works with NB1.

My TV box requires an internet connection.
Unfortunately, I am unable to configure the TV box's Wi-Fi or LAN settings.
Wi-Fi can only be set up using the WPS function.
Therefore, I am using the LAN port of a WR802Nv4 for this purpose.

[TP client in client mode]
An Internet connection was only possible when I placed the TP-Client in the same subnet as the router,
then deactivated the DHCP of the TP-Client and manually entered the network configuration
(IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS server) on NB2.
I suspect that the DHCP requests are not being transmitted correctly, or is a DHCP-relay necessary?
WLAN and LAN are bridged, so I don't understand why this doesn't work.
In any case, I don't get an IP address from the DHCP in this mode.
What am I doing wrong?

[TP client in WISP mode]
I have never used this mode before.
In any case, it worked with this mode.
However, it would be very desirable if I could disable the WLAN, as I only need the LAN connection.
I found out that I can hide the SSID, but disabling it would be better.

I really like this router, which is why I am taking the thime to write this.
- Affordable
- No online account necessary
- Many operating modes
- Small and handy
