I need help to understand why this is stuck on connecting ?

May I know what VPN is? Like OpenVPN client or Wiguard VPN?

 

Please try the following suggestions for your case:

1. Check your VPN configuration:

• Make sure all VPN settings (server address, username, password, configuration files) are entered correctly.
• If you are using OpenVPN, verify that the .ovpn file works properly on your computer before importing it to the router.

 

2. Firmware and feature support:
Ensure your router's firmware is updated to the latest version.

 

3.Remote devices may fail to connect to the VPN server due to incorrect settings or unsupported protocols.
Sometimes devices connect but cannot access the internet or local resources. This could be due to routing or firewall settings.
