Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: NO NOT KNOW

Hello,

I have used H200 for 6 months on Ethernet without any problem (mostly for sensors) .

For some time hub has disconnected from app (cloud) and i when i what to add it again it can not find it.

Maybe problem lies in my network configuration wifi (android) is on another subnet while LAN (eth and HUB) is on another.

They can communicate (it is allowed on firewall) but still can not find the device (and the first time it worked!!)

There is no option to enter IP address for device to be found and WiFi is not supported cos firmware needs to be updated!! lool

any help please ?

When configuring a Tapo H200 hub, the phone and the hub are required to be connected to the same subnet. It's possible that the firewall settings you enabled don't include the method/protocol the phone uses to discover the smart device.

If you're using an iPhone, make sure the Local Network permission for the Tapo app is enabled. If this doesn't work or you have an Android phone, then we recommend putting both devices under the same subnet and do the configuration again.
