I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my TC40GW camera. I’m using a 4G SIM card, and the camera appears to be online. I can turn the LED on and off remotely, and I receive motion notifications when someone crosses in front of the camera. The settings also show a strong 4G signal, and the device has stable power.

However, I’m unable to access the live video feed, and I cannot move the camera (pan, tilt, or zoom). Despite the strong signal and power, the feed remains unavailable, and PTZ controls are unresponsive.

Could you please assist in diagnosing or resolving this issue?
