Hi,
When you say "camera keeps turning itself on," do you mean it automatically exits the privacy mode?
Usually, you can exit the privacy mode by the following methods.
1. Exit the privacy mode manually in the Tapo app by tapping the button on the camera's live view page. (Note: If you have shared your TP-Link account with others, they can log in to the Tapo app to change your camera settings.)
2. If you have preset the camera's privacy mode status in the Home/Away mode, tapping the Home/Away mode card will turn on/off the camera's privacy mode.

3. If you have added Automation/Shortcut entries on the Tapo app > Smart Action page, the camera may turn on/off the privacy mode automatically or after you tap the shortcut entry.

If you did not exit privacy mode using the methods described above, but the camera did, please try the following steps and check if they help.
1. Change the password of your TP-Link account and do not share it with others.
