All my decos are with red light minus the main deco. All the decos are working but in the app are offline or via http connecting direct to the ip of the deco. what can be?

Hi, welcome to the community.

The latest firmware for Deco M4 is still 1.8.1, so I guess the current firmware should be 1.8.1.

as you can see in the image 1.9.1 - I already submit the logs

 

 

Another info i can make reboot in the app only removing the power

i upgrade the firmware conecting by browser to the deco? ou in the app? in the browser of main deco i can select the model

  @David-TP i was able after refreshing the page to select the bin file 

 

 

But nothing change.

 

The same firmware version stays

  @David-TP with the app deco m5 update assistant dont detect my deco :S

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Please test whether the following suggestions help:

  • Temporarily power off all the satellite Deco M5s and leave the main Deco only.
  • Restart the web UI again and manually select the Device model here:

  • Then upload the bin file again.

 

If the firmware still fails to update, I'll need to forward your case to the senior engineer for further assistance.
