Not recording sound.
My camera has stopped playing sound for some reason, both live view and recordings. I have deleted the camera and reinstalled, deleted the app and reinstalled, cleaned the camera and checked all the sound options and update settings and still nothing. Help anyone?

Hi,
If someone speaks in front of the camera, but the live view page and video recordings in the Tapo app have no sound, it may be that the camera's microphone has an issue.
Please ensure there are no obstructions in front of the camera, especially that the microphone is not blocked by any foreign objects. On the camera's live view page, please set the microphone volume to a high level.
If the same phenomenon occurs, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
