None of the motions for resolutions work. Whether with a Xiaomi or a Samsung, we all have the same problem. It is obvious that it is the Tapo-Android duo that is not going well since with IOS it works perfectly. Thank you for making the necessary corrections.

I have been using Tapo equipment for a very long time, but here I admit that there is a big lack of quality.

Hi, 
1. What's your Tapo camera's model number, firmware, and hardware versions?

 

2. In your situation, please uninstall the Tapo app on an Android phone, copy this link, and paste it into your phone's browser, click Enter to download and install the Tapo debug app(Tapo Trial app). Then follow the steps below to export the app log for further analysis.
  1) Use the Tapo Trial App to try to reproduce the reported phenomenon.
  2) After the phenomenon is reproduced, go to App > Me > About, and click the Tapo icon 10 times on the About page (if it requests storage permission, please agree, so that the log can be saved to local storage on the phone), and the log will be imported to the mobile phone directory-TPLINK folder.
  3) Click the Share button to send us the files. (You can also send the app log to support.forum@tp-link.com with the subject: forum ID 849436 + your nickname)
After you send us the app log, please reply to this thread to let us know.
