My doorbell has gone offline and in the atempt to reconect it it has been removed as a device in the app and when I take it off the wall to use the buttons on the back to complete any Sync or Reset it activates the theft detection, all the while it is blinking red and when trying the typical holding the reset button or turning it OFF and ON it just stays blinking Red

Hi,
In your situation, please try the following steps.
  1. On the doorbell camera, please press and hold the Sync/Reset button and the Anti-Theft Button simultaneously for 10 seconds to disable the Anti-Theft alarm feature. Then press and hold the Sync/Reset button for 5 seconds to perform a factory reset.

 

  2. If the camera's LED is flashing red and green, you can try to configure it in the Tapo app.
