  @Joseph-TP

Good evening,

The hardware version is: Archer GE230 v1.0

The firmware version is: 1.1.0 Build 20250801 rel.36047(4555).

Disabling QoS helps reduce bufferbloat, but it’s still present.

I tried installing the beta version listed on the first page, but I got an upload error.

This error occurs no matter which firmware I try to install.

ISP modem—router )))((( client devices --- that is my current setup.

I only use a wired connection; Wi-Fi is disabled.

I followed the same steps with an AX72Pro and everything works perfectly.

Hello @Nash211 ,

This Beta firmware primarily addresses latency and Bufferbloat anomalies that occur when QoS is enabled.
If you turn off QoS, does the latency improve? If not, then the problem you are experiencing may not match the scenario described in this article.

I notice that your case has already been escalated to an engineer. It is recommended to maintain communication with the engineer. Please also trust that we are committed to identifying the root cause and providing a solution for your case.

Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
