Any worries in deleting a whole network?

Hey all, my Deco's are giving me some issues.

I'm thinking of deleting the network and starting again. But is there anything I should know before I do? Could it mess with any of my devices? How fiddly is it? The router is in modem mode, but I'm wondering how easy it is after that point to set up my Decos again.

I have 3 XE75's and I don't get the Mu-Mimo/OFDMA options to show at all. On top of that, any new device connecting gives me like 6 of the same notifications. I tried contacting Deco support, gave them all the logs they asked for and then I was just ignored. Sent a lot of emails over the months, never heard back.

Thanks!

Hi, thanks a lot for your time and patience.

Deleting the Deco Mesh network will reset all Deco units. After the network was deleted, the LED on the Deco should turn flashing blue.

There is a step-by-step configuration guide on the Deco APP, which would be very helpful for setting up Deco again.

If you plan to save the current network configuration, the article here might provide a workaround:

Internet Backup VS Configuration Backup VS Replace Main Deco

As for the "Mu-Mimo/OFDMA ", can I have the hardware and firmware version of your Deco XE75? I remember that only XE75_v1 has separate on/off switches for these two features. For other hardware versions of Deco XE75, they are enabled by default.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
