Am I the only one here that the when this deco system decides to go offline the only way of knowing it is because the phone, laptop or whatever you're using can't get online. The deco system all happily working away with good LEDs  happily shining away but doing nothing.

I bought this system to boost my WiFi however it's not working that well. I don't mind it failing now and again but at least show some sort of alert with a red LED on something.

  @David-TP

ISP is always fine for some reason and sometimes I just find myself going onto the main router. I've moved one of the units (Utility Room) that kept going randomly offline had moved that to another room and that seems to have fixed that issue. Maybe the utility room going offline might have been causing issues ?

Hi, may I know the model number and firmware version of your Deco?

How often did you run into the following issue:

The Deco units are solid green/white, but the phone, laptop, or whatever you're using can't get online.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

Hi

The main unit is a P9 and its on firmware version 1.3.0 Build 20250804 Ref 58832 if that helps I have a few P9's on the system and some M5's running 1.9.1 Build 20250909 Ref 37570

It happens about once a month when I do notice something wrong whats frustrating is the app says everything looks good and the leds are all indicating the same, I changed them all over to AP mode a few weeks ago to see would that make a difference but it doesn't seem to have.

Let me know is theres anything I can do to help improve.

Cheers

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

When the mobile devices can't get an internet connection from Deco, does the ISP's internet service or the main DHCP router still work well?

Would all the mobile devices get disconnected at the same time?

If the disconnection only occurred in several devices, it is suggested to refer to case 3 here-Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network

By the way, can you share some screenshots of the network map on the Deco App, such as:

Best regards.
