I purchased the smart button with the intention of pressing it to answer the doorbell. Is this something that can be done as I have not found option to do so?

What does "answer the doorbell" mean? For example, do you want to press the S200D so you can talk to the person in front of the doorbell camera who pressed the doorbell?
What doorbell camera do you have? Is it a TP-Link doorbell camera?

When pressed, the smart button triggers an action such as opening a live camera feed, sending a notification to your phone, or activating a two-way audio response, allowing you to see and talk to the visitor remotely without physically going to the door
