Violet/weird black image in my Tapo C100


Hi everyone,
I’m having an ongoing issue with my camera and I haven’t been able to find a solution so far.
Almost every day, the camera starts malfunctioning and the image turns black or shows strong violet/purple colors, like in the images I attached. When this happens, the camera is basically unusable.
If I reset the camera, the problem goes away, but only for an indeterminate amount of time. After a few hours, the issue almost always comes back.
Things I’ve already tried:

Enabling Compatible Mode

Manually switching the Day/Night mode

Making sure the camera is not receiving direct sunlight
None of these have solved the issue.
I also tried to contact TP-Link technical support, but it has been surprisingly difficult to find a proper contact form or a clear way to reach them.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a reliable fix for this? Any help would be appreciated.
