I am facing some network issue with this build recently like high Ping between my PC to the ADSL router. As you know, I am connecting my BE400 directly(Through WAN port) to Vx1800v. So when I am trying to ping my Vx1800v or access its Web, the loading is very slow.

If I try to Ping from BE400 to Vx1800v, I got request time out.

Also, ping from BE400 to 8.8.8.8 get destination not reachable

While ping from PC is ok.

But the internet is slow.

After restarting the router BE400. Everything is ok for a while now then come back after 4 or 5 minute.

Note: Daily restart for my BE400 and Vx1800v at 6 AM is scheduled.

Hi  @Reda_Otrosh ,

Is this a new problem that has only recently emerged? Have you enable QoS feature on the BE400? If yes, disable the QoS for a try.

What if you temporarily remove the BE400? Please check whether there are any remaining anomalies with high latency or slow loading.

  @Joseph-TP

Yes QoS was enabled, so I have disabled it and keep monitoring for this point.

Yes it is new issue, but I am still investigating it,to confirm if it is related to ADSL modem or the BE400. Or it could be my Archer AX23 as it was the satellite device that was connected to it also. So if it will occur today, I will start to eliminate the devices.

Yesterday, I got firmware update for my BE400 with the following version

 S-Ver = 1.2.3 Build 20260107 rel.48335

This version includes all the features for this thread, it looks fine and I noticed the following after the update.

1. Tether App UI improved.

2. Connection is more stable.

3. These logs are not exists anymore

2026-02-10 05:54:01 monit[15899]: <5> 302201 monit restart ledctrl
2026-02-10 05:53:01 monit[10722]: <5> 302201 monit restart ledctrl
2026-02-10 05:52:01 monit[5232]: <5> 302201 monit restart ledctrl
2026-02-10 05:51:01 monit[32210]: <5> 302201 monit restart ledctrl

4. Still monitoring the traffic usage in daily basis, if it is accurate or not.

I have just simple question for this normal log

2026-02-11 05:54:04 cloud-report[874]: <6> 231058 report dpi
2026-02-11 05:54:02 cloud-report[786]: <6> 231059 report period
2026-02-11 05:44:03 cloud-report[12868]: <6> 231058 report dpi
2026-02-11 05:44:01 cloud-report[12673]: <6> 231059 report period
2026-02-11 05:34:06 cloud-report[25223]: <6> 231058 report dpi
2026-02-11 05:34:02 cloud-report[25142]: <6> 231059 report period

It is triggered every 10 minutes.

Is it related to "Parental control/Kidshield ", "Authorize Third-Party Services", or this "Join User Experience Improvement Program". Is there a way to disable or reduce it with disabling Parental control?

Hi @Reda_Otrosh ,

Thanks for sharing your usage experience with the new features. And we are glad to hear that the new features are effective and running stably.

For the log, if you enable Parental control, will it disappear? Will these logs significantly affect your internet usage?

I have sent the feedback to the relevant department and will reply here if I receive any updates.

  @Joseph-TP

It is not affecting my usage at all, my question is for security reason to understand what is the kind of data uploaded? As I am subscribed with advance features. If it is safe and related to parental control. But if it is related to other thing at least to know what is it?

Thanks in advance.
