Hi, may I know your SIM ISP?

Have you tried the following troubleshooting guide: No internet service on LTE Gateway Router

I installed a tp router which started as gateway.

Tricky.

Changed settings.

Told me no internet.

 was never the issue of cable!

It's usually routers setting disabling WAN DHCP.

Original settings recommended.
