I have an existing TC82 camera and have now bought a A201 solar panel. I have mounted the camera to the panel mount.
Camera working fine until I plug in the solar panel and it goes offline/ no longer available in app to view. Have tried removing device and reinstalling, however problem persists
For TC82 V2, we have a beta firmware that can help address this issue. If your camera's hardware version is 2.0, send me a private message with the camera's MAC address to apply the beta.
Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.
