Scheduling
Could someone help me with the scheduling function on my Tapo C500 camera. I cannot get it to work. An example, I would like it to record through the night and not day. My first camera was replaced because tech support advised it was faulty but this replacement camera does not work either. Help would be very much appreciated.

Hi,
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your camera, the camera will store detection video clips on our cloud server all day. It's unable to set a recording schedule.
If you have inserted an SD card into the camera to store video recordings, on the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page, you can set a recording schedule. The instructions below will be helpful.
