Camera doesn't show overnight
In the morning the past couple days, I have had to motion in front of my camera to get it going

What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version? The phenomenon you encountered is not clear. Please describe it in detail so we can provide proper suggestions. For example, is the camera displayed offline in the Tapo app at night so you can't view it in the Tapo app? What's the LED status on the camera? Any more information is appreciated!

@Lou56 I have a Tapo C100 camera. Not sure where to find the other information you are asking for. I just received this camera recently. Initially each morning, I could check the videos from overnight but recently there are no videos and the camera does not activate until I manually put my hand in front of it.

Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. In the morning, before you manually put your hand in front of the camera, what's the LED status on the camera? Is it solid green, solid red, flashing red, etc.? Is the camera displayed online in the Tapo app? Can you watch the camera's live feed in the Tapo app?
2. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care plan for your camera? Or is an SD card inserted into the camera to store video recordings?
3. How do you confirm there are no videos from overnight? Please send us a screenshot of the page you checked.
