Adquiri recentemente uma tapo c500, porém já configurei diversas vezes e nada do protocolo rst funcionar. Quando configurado em um nvr ele chega a conectar no rst mas não dá imagem e se tentar direto com alguma ferramenta tipo VLC tbem não vai.
Tenho uma outra c320ws que funciona normal. Apenas essa c500 que não vai, alguma dica?
Cia Telnet ele conecta na porta, não é firewall e não tem nada relacionado a rede.

2. Please describe your network diagram in detail. Are the C500 and your NVR on the same network?
3. What error message appears on the third-party app when trying to stream the camera via RTSP?
