I did what the engineering team told me. Btw they are also onsite. Using teamviewer to check on my equipments. But to no avail. The more they update the worse it gets.also the new eco mode v2 always disconnects from wifi making experience bad.

Hi Bryan,

Testing revealed high possibility of environmental factor and the respective IoT device’s susceptibility.

TP-Link has explored all possibility on the router side to improve the situation to cater for your environmental factor and poor IoT device’s interference susceptibility.

Replacing router will not be able to resolve environmental issue totally, TP-Link will not proceed with further testing and replacement.

This is how they handle my case which is sad. As my previous asus router did not have any issues. I also showed through teamviewers onsite to the engineers to prove my claim that asus router has no issues. Even my phone hotspot works too for my iot. There is some incompatibility or firmware issues with the be800.
