  @Joseph-TP

Hi,

I installed this latest pre released firmware but I have continuing reboot of router (4x per days) even if at first I have made a complete reset before install. I use my router as access point behind my carrier router.  This is my installation : CARRIER ROUTER (FREEBOX ULTRA) > BE 800V1
No matter is eco mode is on or off, result is the same.
Is by chance a process to turn back to official firmware that was no issue from me ? Or anything else I can do to stabilize ? Best Regards Alain

@Joseph-TP Here are some things that I've noticed:

  1. QoS - I can pin a scene, using the web browser; however, I'm unable to unpin a scene. I can move them if I click edit, but then why have the pin option? If I use the Tether Android application, I'm unable to move a scene up or down on the priority list.
  2. Enhanced EasyMesh Network - it's great to see these advances! It would be great to see them on the repeaters as well. Otherwise it's worthless. Speaking of which, it would be great if the RE655BE device could have these advances and if it has a secure login for the web page. Also, I see that this extends the Guest & IoT networks, will it also extend the MLO network? Reading, it doesn't seem that MLO would be included in this version. Did I read that correctly?
  3. There is a device connecting to my network with an old IP address range or it's a ghost item in the device. Would it be possible to include the MAC address in the syslog for that device?
  4. I would mention that the login experience has changed with this firmware.

Otherwise I'm not having any issues with the firmware.

Hi @Jun9889 ,

If so, it seems your situation is not exactly the same as that of other users. It is recommended that you continue to communicate with the engineers, and feel free to share any progress you make.

Hello @TheSassyBear ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

1. Could you provide more screenshots of your device and your specific needs regarding QoS usage scenarios?

2. Yes, the BE800 v1 does not currently support MLO Backhaul.

3. Are you saying the MAC address of the ghost device is blank? It might be because the device was previously connected to the BE800. Do other client devices that are normally using the network display their MAC addresses correctly?

4. Has the login experience become smoother after updating to version 1.4.1 Pre-release?

Hello @Jun9889 ,

What is your complete network topology?

Archer BE800—satellite router )))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

Please note that both the main router and the satellite router need to support this feature to expand the IoT network.

What is your main problem right now? Is it still that your Tuya devices cannot connect to the 2.4GHz network?

Hello @Alain13860 ,

Do you mean that after you updated the firmware to 1.4.1 Pre-release, the BE800 (in AP mode) will auto-reboot about 4 times a day?

Would you mind changing it to wireless router mode for comparison?
