Hello@Szaki26a ,

Welcome to our community.

Before updating to 1.4.1, were port forwarding and UPnP working correctly?

May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:

ISP modem—router )))((( client devices

(Note: — stands for wired connection,)))((( stands for wireless connection )

The Archer BE800 supports the MLO network. May I ask if you are having any problems using this feature?

Yes. Still the same problem. It is ont modem to be800 main router ethernet to be800 mesh router. The firmware becomes worse and worse.

@Joseph-TP Hi dear Joseph, at the beginning yes, after severals router manufactories reset, I decided to rebuild my config manually, and reboot disapeared but 2,4 Ghz is actually not stable, I have a lot of disconnection of Tuya device, Ring from amazon and Nuki lock. My 2,4 Ghz connection is on channel 6, 20Mhz (I tried 40 Mhz, 20/40 is not working well), WPA2 AES). The link between my Freebox and BE800V1 is DAC fiber 10Gbps

5 & 6 Ghz are ok.

From this time I stopped the usage of my BE800V1 and get back from the WIFI from my FREEBOX Ultra.

That's why I asked you to get back from official firmware that worked well until the installation of pre release.
My BR

Alain

Hello  @Alain13860 ,

Thanks for getting back to us.

So auto reboot has completely disappeared now, right?

Did you make any changes when manually configuring your router compared to the previous configuration?

So the main problem now is the unstable 2.4 GHz connection, right? If so, please check your Freebox's 2.4GHz settings, including channel and channel width. Would changing to the same 2.4GHz settings improve the connection?

The tech team has been made aware of your case; they will likely reach out to you via email to continue troubleshooting. Please check your email inbox and confirm.

@Joseph-TP Dear Joseph-TP, I use the same 2,4 Ghz config that I used before from my BE800V1 and same as Freebox ultra 2,4 Ghz. Channel 6, WPA2(AES), 20 Mhz (itried 20/40mhz the worse, 40Mhz only no effect) , ax not BE , no MLO config (because MLO as no performance from the beginning). Each 2/4 hours usage Ring, some Tuya wifi, Ecojoko (wattmeter) have regular disconnection. Ring during a night without ECO mode (no ECO) 8/10 disconnections.

Yes reboot disappeared after redo the whole config from scratch.

At this time BE800 is down, but I can reboot without WIFI Signal to access it from your suppor team if you want.
I'm located in France actually.

How I can downgrade the firmware to the last official one? Seems the router not stable with the new one... even my remote desktop sometimes work sometimes not...

  1. I will work on getting screenshots.
  2. TY. I hope that some day it will support that.
  3. I figured out what was causing this. At some point I had a device setup as a DMZ device. I disabled DMZ. Then I changed my IP Address structure. The error was because the value was filled in with the old address structure eventhought DMZ was turned off. I enabled it, changed the address, and disabled it. This has resolved the issue.
  4. I'm not sure that it's better. I will say that it's obviously changed. Would also be nice if we could set if we want it to default to local password or TP-Link login.

Hello@Jun9889 ,

Based on your reply, I can summarize your current situation as follows:
1. The IoT network cannot be extended properly between the two BE800s.
2. Tuya clients cannot connect to the Archer BE800's WiFi, including the 2.4GHz main network and the 2.4GHz IoT network.

Regarding the first problem, please confirm that both of your Archer BE800 routers are updated to 1.4.1 Pre-release. On the main router, please check if the IoT network is enabled.

For the Tuya clients' connection, have you compared the connectivity of other 2.4GHz clients? By the way, what are your 2.4GHz settings? For example, what are the channel, channel width, and security type? You first reported this after updating to version 1.2.4 last year. Were you able to connect to Tuya clients normally with firmware versions prior to that? Could you try changing the Wireless mode to ax (not be) mode? Would that improve the connection?

Also, are the 5GHz and 6GHz connections stable?
