Hi, LED I've off, cause not needed for me. Backhaul is ethernet But to be honest these BETA's are no tests, customers have more. I'm now testing the BE800, but I've 2x AXE75, so these tests don't proof anything for me, if you are not BETA testing your accesspoints also. We need to test the whole picture, not half. So you can leave me out of this. For me it is still strange, you pay for a high cost WiFi7 router, with a firmware which is not mature and have to pay above this extra something for what is also not mature. Where you buy a ASUS where every thing is in it. Reports only have counters, a sort on columns everywhere, asking from beginning and still not there and for me that this is also proof that development is low, cause it is the easiest to do. So when no AXE75 beta is there I'm out of the test and I also thinking when subscription is over out of TP-Link.

I am confused now. Which satellites/nodes support the binding in Beta? Thanks for clarifying.

They should do all which HW can support, you introduce something, then you can't do a half testing beta. If you know upfront which don't, name them, simple.

Hi @Joseph-TP and everyone,

Quick update regarding this issue.

TP-Link support provided me with a beta firmware for the Archer BE800 V1, which I installed using the manual upgrade procedure.

After upgrading, I performed several tests:

  • Multiple Wi-Fi and Ethernet device connection tests

  • Enabling and disabling IP & MAC Binding

  • Several reboots of the Archer BE800

I can confirm that the issue is no longer present.

All devices now correctly obtain IP addresses, DHCP works as expected, and the network behaves normally. The problem does not reappear after reboots.

Many thanks to TP-Link support and the engineering team for the quick fix and follow-up.

Hope this helps others experiencing the same behavior.

  @Torvast

Thanks. About what (build) version do we talk about?

1.4.1 Build 20260123 Pre-release version?

Regards

Hi @BE800user ,

Yes, it’s based on firmware 1.4.1, but not the public pre-release build.

I received a beta firmware directly from TP-Link support, specifically provided to address the IP & MAC Binding / DHCP issue discussed in this thread.

Beta version tested:
be800v1-up-all-ver1-4-1-P1[20260130-rel33187]_sign_beta

After installing this beta build and running multiple tests and reboots on my Archer BE800 V1, the issue is fully resolved.

So this is newer / different from the public 1.4.1 pre-release (Build 20260123) currently available on the website.

Hi @Rol2509 ,

The EasyMesh Client Binding and EasyMesh Satellite Node Binding features require that all nodes in the EasyMesh network support them to be used.

Please update your Satellite nodes to the latest version. If you don't see these two features, it means they are not currently supported these features.

Are you encountering the same problem as with Torvast? If so, I will send you the beta firmware via message.

Thanks a lot, I do not see the satellite node binding. Your own devices TP-Link RE655BE and RE235BE (that I am using) should be supported or not? Or did I misunderstand you? Regards.
