Hi @Bluefish91, Thank you so much for sharing your detailed test results. It is great news!

Hello @marto74bg , @abasoufiane ,

would you mind trying the solutions below. That is, 'first removed the weather and temperature dia's, then I've added them again and searched for my location, applied the settings.'

I've updated my BE800 firmware to v1.4.1 Build 20260313 rel.47813 as received by the engineering team. I've tested it overnight and can confirm in my case the weather 'xx' bug is solved. Tried rebooting multiple times and even then it displayed the weather accurate and as it should. Thru Tether in the display settings I've first removed the weather and temperature dia's, then I've added them again and searched for my location, applied the settings and it works like it should, the temperature and weather icon updates perfectly fine just as before.

It looks like the weather bug is not present anymore. Now weather information is more or less OK. The problem was yesterday when there was no weather update for several hours, and my router showed for quite long time temperature of +3C and then directly +11C. Perhaps there was some problem with the weather update server at that time.

How can I also get this latest firmware, want to test something else, cause I see that 6Ghz is terrible slow and tested with multiple devices. 5 Ghz I can reach at Speedtest Ookla highest speed, what I normally had with with 6 and not with 5.

And is there also a quick way to a non-beta , so I can test against original firmware from before?

Hello @mizwdev ,

The new firmware has been successfully installed; you can try downloading it.

Archer BE800_V1_1.4.1 Build 20260313 (Pre-Release Firmware)

Please note that this version of the software can't be degraded to the previous official version.

  @marto74bg ,

That's good. It seems we may need to refresh the server and try reconnecting.yes

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/851396 - Archer BE800 WiFi 7 (6 GHz - 320 MHz) upload speed completely messed up.

TP-Link have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I think there are no actual network engineers. The latest firmware indeed is still useless Wi-Fi 7 wise.

But yeah, if you post a firmware without changelog, we have no idea IF it should work or nothing has changed.

  @5Guru I'm not having any issues with WiFi7. I'm also not having any issues with speedtest.net.
