Bonjour,

 

j'ai acheté 3 cameras un TC82 qui pose problème ( hors ligne ) et une C212 qui ne pose aucun problème et une c410  qui pose une problème mais j'ais trouvé la saluntion d'une la Wiffi

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keep losing connection or going offline?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
  1. Whether only the TC82 keeps losing Wi-Fi connection? If so, what's the LED status on it when it loses connection? 
  2. How do you recover the camera's connection? Such as by rebooting the camera?
  3. When the TC82 is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  4. How often does the offline phenomenon occur?
