Hi, on the ethernet ports of the deco BE25 there is the mention "poe"

according to that i supposed i would be able to just plug in a rj45 cord with for example a poe ip camera  ... but it doesnt work 
if i add  the power cord of the camera there network part is ok , but the all purpose of POE, particularly in outdoor is busted ..
double checked with 2 differents camera ( reolink RLC 510)

did i miss something ? because i don't the see point of mentioning POE on the BE25 ports if i have to add a poe switch between him and the camera ..
