X50 deco, V1.20
Every time i do a client refresh in the Deco app, all the mesh terminal restarts (have 1 main and 3 additional)
It was supposed to be solved in this https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/705756?sortDir=ASC&page=2 probably they solved it for one specific version or another version (because they mentioned X55 when the post clearly started as X50)
1.20 has no updates since 2024, previous post is from 2025, please fix this, how do i submit logs or a fix request
You cant admin a network with these faulty firmwares
@David-TP I'm attaching the version in the back and current versions.
I bought 3 X50 V1.20 initially, one of them (Office is the main)
And an additional X50 (more recent) US 1.30 (bottom screenshot)
This happens probably 3 out of 5 times I open the deco app and try to see the client list, it is annoying because you dont want to wait for 5 minutes to all untis restart every time you do that.
About the lights not sure what you mean, the extensions all go to red blinking and the main move to Yellow until actually moves to green and all extensions connect to green back.
If you see the versions picture:
- the 1.20 ones last update version was in February 2025
- Post previously attached mention this was solved in 2025 July (post was created 2025 march until solution)
No updates since 2025 february for this version and yes they are updated from the app to the latest versions.
