tp-link AX1800 is unable to connect to my isp
TP-Link router,purchased 25/02/26, model AX1800v to replace VR1600v cannot connect to
my ISP, TPG.com.au. Please advise steps to achieve connection. The VR1600v works very well, but may be slow to the newly provided FTTP connection.

Hello @rustoz ,
As a supplement, please note that TPG network configuration typically uses VLAN ID 2. Please see NBN Modem Routers ISP Settings.
Ensure the network configuration information is consistent between the two modems. If you still cannot access the network, it's possible that your ISP has bound the MAC address to the VR1600v. We recommend contacting TPG to confirm and unbind it.

Hi,
Have you replicated all Internet-related settings one-to-one from the VR1600v to the AX1800v? According to the Emulators on TP-Link's website the web interfaces of both routers should be nearly identical, so this should be straightforward.
