Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

We have 3 new Deco BE35 routers in a mesh arrangement and all the same version 2  hardware with brand new and all up to date software versions 1.3.2 and our app is fully up to date but still no access to eco mode. We want to be able to schedule the main wifi 5 and 6 while maintaining the 2.4 iot wifi for household device.  Anyone have this problem of is there a new firmware revision coming to fix this. We have looked in the Deco Lab section of the app and still nothing available. Also downloaded the Wifi assistant app and nothing in there either.

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is recommended to check the region code on the bottom of the product label of the hardware.

Currently, only the EU version has ECO mode entry on the Deco App.

Our Units are coded as (US) versions. Can your senior engineering team prioritize a firmware revision for this. Surely it would be a similar revision of the EU version with some minor updates.

Hi, I saw you also sent an email to the forum support. There hasn't been a beta firmware with ECO mode on the Deco BE85(US) version.

It has been planned, but no ETA has been provided. It is recommended to pay attention to the firmware release notes on the official website as well as firmware notifications on the Deco App.

  @David-TP Who would be the best contact to ask to gain an ETA. If it has been planned, surely there is someone looking into this that could provide a timeframe. Also if my deco units are set to auto update will this be picked up accordingly and will i then need to Update the App ???

"Auto-update" will install the firmware automatically. You'll receive a notification in the message box on the Deco App that the firmware has been updated later.
