I am using Line-crossing detection on my TapoC120 camera. But I cannot see how to alter the sensitivity.
Incidentally this kind of detection functions even when Motion detection and all the other ones are turned off.

The Line-Crossing Detection type does not have sensitivity value settings. Usually, when this detection type is enabled, you can set a boundary and receive a notification when a person or object crosses it.
