Hi, for some time now, I've been having a problem with a USB flash drive connected to my BE400 router. Initially, everything worked fine. Every computer and tablet had access via the network address defined in the router's control panel. Now the problem has arisen (perhaps after a software update). When I try to access the flash drive from any device, an error appears. It turns out that the router doesn't recognize the flash drive in the control panel. Clicking refresh doesn't detect the flash drive either. Physically disconnecting the flash drive from the router and reconnecting it helps. Unfortunately, after a short time, the router doesn't recognize the flash drive in the control panel again. Is there a way to report a router software bug to fix this issue? I have a feeling this happened after a software update.
