Hi,
Currently, it's unable to change the email address for a TP-Link account. If you want to control your Tapo device with another email address, please follow the steps below.

  1. Refer to the instructions below to register a TP-Link account with the new email address.
      TP-Link ID Explained: What It Is and How to Create One
  2. Factory reset your TP-Link device. Log out of the Tapo app, log in to the Tapo app with your new account.
  3. Reconfigure your TP-Link device in the Tapo app to bind it to the new account, then control it with the new account.
