Hi,

 

I already had one Tapo camera with a Tapo Care package that renewed last month. Today, I wanted to add a second camera and I chose the two camera Tapo Care package to qualify for a discount. From what I'd read elsewhere on this forum, I was expecting that I would be credited with extra days to compensate for already having a one camera subscription.

 

This has not happened, and the app is now telling me that I am covered for three cameras, despite me only having two cameras.

 

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how does it get sorted?

In your situation, it looks like you added a new plan rather than upgrading the existing one. It's recommended to email our technical support team for further analysis.
