Upgrading Tapo Care to cover a second camera
Hi,
I already had one Tapo camera with a Tapo Care package that renewed last month. Today, I wanted to add a second camera and I chose the two camera Tapo Care package to qualify for a discount. From what I'd read elsewhere on this forum, I was expecting that I would be credited with extra days to compensate for already having a one camera subscription.
This has not happened, and the app is now telling me that I am covered for three cameras, despite me only having two cameras.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how does it get sorted?
