D235 doorbell call not working
Hello!
Recently I got a D235 doorbell, which is great device (except for the issue I experience). However since the beginning I have not been able to get the doorbell call to work. Initially I had the doorbell set up with just the D100C chime, but yesterday I got a H200 hub as well (which unfortunately has made not difference). I am not using a NAS or something like that, although I have a Home Assistant setup (but I don't expect that to interfere). I have tried and checked many things:
- Checked all the notification settings in the mobile app (tried multiple devices)
- Changed from doorbell call to push notification
- Reset the device and added it again
- Changed the resolution of the camera
- Added a H200 hub which is now the main connection for the doorbell, the hub has a wired connection to my router
Some things I have noticed:
- The motion detection notifications do work when you turn them on
- I have set up an automation in the Tapo app that sends me a notification in case the doorbell rings, that also works
- I tried to add the doorbell in Home Assistant, but I can only find the chime and the hub. When I add the doorbell through the ip address directly, it seems to find it but gives an error message after I enter my credentials.
Hopefully someone can help and there's a solution possible!
