Hi,
For the reported phenomenon, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. When the 2degrees SIM card is inserted into the NE200-Outdoor, please log in to its web management page and send us a screenshot of the Advanced > Status page.
2. How do you confirm the NE200-Outdoor can aggregate B28,3 and 1(or B8,3 and 1)? After inserting the 2degrees SIM card into your iPhone, go to the dial pad, enter *3001#12345#*, then dial to access fieldtest. Then send us a screenshot of that page for analysis.
You can upload the pictures to your cloud server (such as Google Drive) or YouTube, generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Best Regards

Hi,
The NE200-Outdoor does not support aggregate B1+B1+B3+B28+B8 and locks the upload band currently; however, it supports aggregate B1+B1+B3+B28.
Could you explain how you tested or discovered that the tower's B1 carriers are 10 MHz and 15 MHz, and that the phone can aggregate B1+B1+B3+B28+B8? Thanks!
Best Regards
