As the title says, my nx600 very frequently loses connection to WindTre.  I've included my mobile wan settings below.

 

Please note that it's not a DNS issue - when I go down, internet status varies between Connecting and Disconnected so it actually drops the ball.  I also have an iPhone on WindTre and it keeps data connectivity at these times.
