Says can only work locally
Can someone please help me my tapo cameras stopped recording to cloud I've removed reset to factory and the both are still saying the same thing no matter what I do and I can't even add them now to my tapo care plan I've been at this for hours I've rebooted hug you name it I've tried it.. Please can anyone help

Do the cameras show as online or offline in the app?
Or do they appear online only when your phone is connected to the same Wi‑Fi as the cameras, but show offline when you switch to mobile data or another Wi‑Fi network?
If the cameras are only accessible when your phone is connected to the same local network, this usually indicates a local‑only connection issue rather than a cloud recording problem. Regarding adding the cameras back to your Tapo Care plan, please also review the official instructions here to ensure the cameras are added correctly to the subscription:
