Is there any firmware for update ? my seen to offline randomly and cannot detect WAN IP

Hi, 
Please provide more details about the reported phenomenon.

 

  1. Is the NX200 connected to a SIM card or a modem/router to go to the internet? Who is your ISP?
  2. On the NX200's web management page, please go to the Advanced > System Tools > Firmware Upgrade page to check the firmware version.
  3. How often does the NX200 have no internet/WAN IP? How do you restore the internet after the NX200 has no WAN IP?
  4. Where did you see the error code 4503?
