Slow upload speed be65 Wifi 6/7
I can’t achieve upload speeds higher than 500 Mbps over Wi-Fi. I’ve already tried changing the channel and bandwidth, but nothing worked.
With the ISP’s modem previously, the upload speed exceeded 500 Mbps over Wi-Fi.
Over a wired connection, the speed reaches 920 Mbps.

Let me provide some troubleshooting steps that may help resolve this Wi-Fi upload speed issue:
Configuration checks in the Deco app:
1. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > ECO Mode, and ensure that ECO Mode is disabled (ECO Mode can limit performance).
2. Go to MORE > QoS, and ensure QoS is disabled. If you don't see an on/off switch for QoS, set it back to standard and remove all priority devices.
3. Go to MORE > Advanced > NAT forwarding, and disable SIP ALG and UPnP.
When testing wireless upload speed:
1. Ensure your testing device (phone/laptop) is connected to the nearest Deco unit with strong signal.
2. Make sure it's connected to the high-speed network (5GHz or 6GHz band) instead of 2.4GHz.
3. Ensure no other devices are engaged in high-bandwidth activities like downloading or video streaming during the test.
4. Use https://www.speedtest.net or the Speedtest app for accurate testing, and try a few different speedtest servers as different servers might yield different results.

Hi,
@HelpFixDecoApp Thank you for your suggestions.
@Keozw In your situation, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. How many Deco nodes do you have? Do they work in Router mode? Please describe your network diagram in detail.
2. Please try to simplify the network diagram, turn off your satellite Deco, and turn on the main Deco only for test purposes.
3. Connect a PC to the main Deco directly via an Ethernet cable. What's the link speed, download speed, and upload speed on your PC? You can go to www.speedtest.net to test your download and upload speeds, then send us a screenshot of the test results.

4. When connecting a PC/laptop to the main Deco's Wi-Fi, please check the link speed on the PC/laptop, then test the download and upload speed, and send us a screenshot of the test result.
