I have had the Tapo doorbell now for a few weeks and have become so irritated at how slow and erratic the connection is. 
 

I can almost never connect to answer and communicate when someone presses the doorbell as it waits and waits and then often won't connect.  
 

Live feed is erratic and sometimes connect while other times just times out. Same with playback. 
 

I have tried using a dedicated 2.4ghz WiFi network but that doesn't seem to help. The WiFi signal apppears strong. 
 

Please advise
