So basically I have an issue which is internet disconnecting frequently I know who ever see this thread they already came long way to it . I will be straight to the point internet keeps disconnecting no matter what I do changed every setting 

Band lock 

Changing antennas 

Firmware up to date 

Good signals on 4g almost 100% everytime.

 

Stills internet disconnect and I can't send the logs cause it automatically gets deleted after router logs out after i reboot cause I can't enter before reboot when internet is stuck . Using Vi 4G sim card india and works greater on phone but router is not at all good actually main issue is internet keeps disconnecting any solutions after 5-6 years I have seen so many thread know any solutions dear Tp link team .

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.


  1. When the router is working, please log in to its web UI > System Tool > Firmware Upgrade page and send us the detailed firmware info. Or you can send us a screenshot of this page.
  2. How often does the disconnect issue occur? When it occurs, what's the LED status on the TL-MR100?
  3. Is your client device connected to the router's Wi-Fi but has no internet when the issue occurs? If so, what's the device's IP address?
